ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ሰነዶች አሟልተው በኦንላይን www.ethiopianpassportservices.gov.et በመመዝገብ 3ሰዓት ሳያልፍ በመረጡት ክፍያ አማረጭ ክፍያ በመፈፀም የቀጠሮ ወረቀት ፕሪንት አውት በማድረግ ፓስፖርትዎን በመቀበያ ቀን (delivery date) ያመለከቱበት ኢሚግሬሽን ቅርንጫፍ ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ሰነዶች ይዞ በአካል ቀርቦ የሚስተካከልልዎት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

- Birth Certificate
- One passport-sized photograph
Full Name Change:
- Court Order
- Original Passport (or police report if the passport is lost)
- Renewed Kebele ID (local administrative ID)
- One passport-sized photograph

- Complete the above listed documents and register online at www.ethiopianpassportservices.gov.et
- Complete the payment within 3 hours.
- To finalize the correction, you must physically present the above-mentioned documents at the Immigration branch where you applied, on the delivery date of your passport.
