- አስቸኳይ አዲስ፣ እድሳት፣ የጠፋ፣ የተበላሸ እንዲሁም እርማት ሲሆን በቀጠሮ ቀናችሁ ጎተራ በሚገኘው ኢሚግሬሽን ቢሮ በአካል በመገኘት መስተናገድ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን።
ማሳሰቢያ:- ወደተቋማችን ሲመጡ የፋይዳ መታወቂያ እና ኦን ላይን ያመለከታችሁበትን ፕሪንት አውት ይዛችሁ እንድትመጡ እናሳስባለን።

The Immigration and Citizenship Service is pleased to announce that in addition to our previous system, you can now apply for e-Passport services using our NEW online portal!
Through the new system, you can apply for the following urgent services:
- New Passport
- Renewal
- Replacement for Lost or Damaged Passport
- Data Correction
After applying, you will be served in person at our main office in Gotera on your scheduled appointment date.
Important Reminder: When you come to our office, please remember to bring:
- Your Fayda ID
- A printout of your online application confirmation
