2. የታደሰ ቀበሌ መታወቂያ (ጊዜያዊ ከሆነ መታወቂያዉን ካወጡበት ቀበሌ የድጋፍ ደብደቤ ያስፈልጋል) 

ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ሰነዶች አሟልተው በኦንላይን www.ethiopianpassportservices.gov.et በመመዝገብ 3 ሰዓት ሳያልፍ  በመረጡት የክፍያ አማራጭ ክፍያ  በመፈፀም ፕሪንት  አውት በማድረግ  በቀጠሮ ቀን (Appointment date) ብቻ ያመለከቱበት ኢሚግሬሽን ቢሮ በአካል በመቅረብ አሻራና ፎቶ መስጠት አለብዎት።

በቀጠሮ ቀን(Appointment date) አሻራና ፎቶ ለመስጠት ወደ መስሪያ ቤታችን ሲመጡ ኦርጅናል  የታደሰ የቀበሌ መታወቂያ፣ ኦርጅናል የልደት ምስክር ወረቀት  እንዲሁም ያመለከቱበትን ፕሪንት አውት  ይዘው መምጣት ይኖርብዎታል።

How to Obtain a New Ethiopian Passport

Required Documents:

1. Authenticated Birth Certificate: If you are under 40 years old, you must provide an authenticated birth certificate.
2. Renewed Kebele ID: A renewed Kebele identification card is required. If you have a temporary ID, you will need a supporting letter from the Kebele where you obtained the ID.

Online Application Process:

• Complete the online application at www.ethiopianpassportservices.gov.et.
• Make the payment using your preferred payment method within 3 hours of completing the online application.
• Print out your appointment confirmation.
• Attend your appointment in person at the immigration office that you selected. This is the only day you may give your finger prints and have your picture taken.

Appointment Day Requirements:

• When you come to our office on your appointment day to provide your fingerprints and photo, you must bring the following original documents:
  • Your original renewed Kebele ID.
  • Your original birth certificate.
  • Your Printed appointment confirmation.
