 ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ሰነዶችን አሟልተው በኦንላይን www.ethiopianpassportservices.gov.et በመመዝገብ  3 ሰዓት ሳያልፍ በመረጡት የክፍያ አማራጭ ክፍያ በመፈፀም የቀጠሮ ወረቀት ፕሪንት አውት በማድረግ ፓስፖርትዎን በመቀበያ ቀን (delivery date) በ7876 የፅሁፍ መልዕክት ሲደርስዎ ባመለከቱበት ኢሚግሬሽን ቢሮ በመቅረብ ፓስፖርትዎን ይቀበላሉ፡፡

ፎቶ እንዲሰጡ ወይም ሌሎች መረጃዎችን እንዲያሟሉ በ7876  በስልክዎ አጭር የፅሁፍ መልዕክት ከደረሰዎት የፖሊስ ማስረጃ  እና የቀጠሮ  ወረቀት በመያዝ ያመለከቱበት ኢሚግሬሽን ቢሮ በአካል ቀርበው ፎቶ የሚሰጡ  ሲሆን በውክልና የማናስተናግድ  መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

How to Obtain a Replacement Passport (Lost Passport)

If your passport has been lost, please follow these steps to obtain a replacement:

Required Documents:

1. Police Report: A police report from the area where your passport was lost.
2. Renewed Kebele ID: A valid and renewed Kebele ID (local administrative identification).
3. Lost Passport Information: If available, provide the lost passport’s information, including the passport number, issue date, and expiration date.
4. Retrieving Passport Information: If you do not have your passport information, you can obtain it by visiting your nearest Immigration Office in person.

Application Process:

1. Online Registration:
   • Gather all the required documents listed above.
   • Register online at www.ethiopianpassportservices.gov.et.
2. Payment:
   • Complete the payment using your preferred payment method within 3 hours of online registration.
3. Appointment Confirmation:
   • Print out your appointment confirmation.
4. Passport Collection:
   • You will receive a text message (SMS) from 7876 with your passport delivery date.
   • On your delivery date, visit the Immigration Office where you applied to collect your passport.

Important Notes:

• Additional Requirements:
  • If you receive a text message from 7876 requesting a photograph or additional information, bring your police report and appointment confirmation to the Immigration Office where you applied.
