ከላይ የተጠቀሱትን ሰነዶች አሟልተው በኦንላይን www.ethiopianpassportservices.gov.et  በመመዝገብ 3ሰዓት ሳያልፍ በመረጡት ክፍያ አማረጭ ክፍያ በመፈፀም የቀጠሮ ወረቀት  ፕሪንት አውት በማድረግ ፓስፖርትዎን በመቀበያ ቀን( delivery date) በ7876 የፅሁፍ መልዕክት ሲደርስዎ በአመለከቱበት ኢሚግሬሽን ቢሮ በአካል በመቅረብ ፓስፖርትዎን ይቀበላሉ፡፡

ፎቶ እንዲሰጡ በ7876 በስልክዎ አጭር የፅሁፍ መልዕክት ከደረስዎት  ኦርጅናል ፓስፖርት እና የቀጠሮ ወረቀት በመያዝ ያመለከቱበት ኢሚግሬሽን ቢሮ በአካል ቀርበው ፎቶ የሚሰጡ ሲሆን በውክልና የማናስተናግድ  መሆኑን እናሳስባለን፡፡

ማሳሰቢያ፡-

በኦንላይን ሲመዘገቡ የሚያያይዟቸው ሰነዶች በግልፅ የሚታዩና የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡

How to Renew an Expired Ethiopian Passport

Required Documents:

1. Your expired passport.
2. One passport-sized photo.

Online Registration Process:

• Visit the website www.ethiopianpassportservices.gov.et to register online.
• Complete the registration form with accurate information.
• Ensure that the documents you upload during registration are clear and legible.

Payment and Appointment:

• After completing your registration, make the payment using your preferred payment method within 3 hours.
• Print out your appointment confirmation.

Passport Collection:

• You will receive a text message (SMS) to 7876 with your passport delivery date.
• On the specified date, bring your appointment confirmation and go in person to the immigration office where you applied to collect your passport.

Photo Taking Process:

• If you receive an SMS to 7876 instructing you to take a photo, bring your original passport and appointment confirmation and go in person to the immigration office where you applied.
• Please note that proxy applications are not accepted.

Important Note:

• The documents you attach during online registration must be clearly visible and readable.
